Stafil dust cleaning device

The separation of various substances is the most important application of STAFIL dedusting equipment. Compact and space-saving, this series of devices is characterized by its high performance, economic and in particular a long service life of the filters.

Optimally placed engines

All STAFIL dedusting devices have motors that are outside the air flow and that directly drive the optimally constructed fans and make wear-sensitive transmission unnecessary.

Optimal use of the filter

The special method of airflow conduction in the filter chamber of the device guarantees that the contamination of the filter elements occurs uniformly and that the filter surface is therefore optimally utilized. Automatically controlled air pressure impulses, which are distributed by the injectors through each filter cartridge, control the cleaning of the filter elements. Dirt and dust particles are blown off the filter surfaces with air pressure. The particles are collected in an easy-to-empty collection container.

Minimum air consumption

Naturally, STAFIL can easily and without problems connect suction lines and / or suction hoses - thanks to the powerful extraction, the reliable extraction of dust-containing air is no problem. The electrostatic control of the device monitors itself and automatically cleans the filter elements at a certain degree of contamination. In this way a minimal air consumption is guaranteed.
