Adjusting Spie Ferro chip conveyors

SPIE Ferro is a specialist in the maintenance of (metal) processing machines. Optimizing the production volume of (metal) processing machines in the most cost-effective way possible and in accordance with the ARBO legislation. That is what it is all about in a production process. Finding a balance in preventing malfunctions as much as possible, resolving disruptions quickly, adjusting machines and learning from the past is the key to success. SPIE Ferro has been doing this since 1984 as a specialist in the maintenance of (metal) processing machines. They do this for the aircraft, plastic, automotive and metal industries, among others.

Adjusting chip conveyors

Technigro has adapted and partially reconditioned two chip conveyors for a customer of Spie Ferro. The customer's request was to move the various outflow openings, shorten the clamp conveyors and to renew the guides of the chain conveyors, as they were worn.

After the arrival of the chip conveyors, we carried out the work in our workshop in Geldermalsen.
