The U-shape bellows is the most commonly used standard model. The height and width are variable and the bellows are easy to assemble. The U-shape bellows is used to shield a linear guide, among other things. 

Most used materials:

PVC nylon: This material is resistant to dust, coolants and acids. The temperature range is -30 ° C to 70 ° C.

Polyurethane: This material is resistant to coolants, acids and grinding dust. The temperature range is from -30 ° C to 150 ° C.

Nomex: an aramid fabric with polyurethane coating. This material is self-extinguishing and resistant to high temperatures. The temperature range is from -30 ° C to 200 ° C.
