Extractor unit and hoods for sawing machines

During the cutting of aluminum profiles, smoke develops which has to be extracted. Technigro has designed a suitable solution by means of a suction unit in combination with 3 tailor-made hoods for the sawing machines.

The hoods are connected to the suction unit through extraction ducts and suction hoses. One of the sawing machines can move sideways through a guide rail.

In order to be able to continue to do this movement and still be able to extract the smoke on the spot, Technigro has devised a solution with a hose trolley that hangs on a cooker hood and can move with the sawing machine.
