Guards and customized drive for Eaton Industries

Eaton Industries manufactures hydraulic cylinders for the oil and gas, civil, marine and mining industries. Eaton Industries from Eindhoven produces project-based assignments in mostly small series and single items. These assignments include customer-specific hydraulic cylinders in the L to XL range. The largest cylinder that Eaton has produced has a length of 22 m. The group is capable of machining cylinders with a diameter of up to 1,500 mm.

Guards for machining unit

At Eaton Industries in Eindhoven there were various issues including machine guards. Technigro has developed a sliding door for a machining unit that is also partially height-adjustable.

Custom drive for machine

Technigro has produced a customized drive for the loose head of a lathe so that this loose head can easily be moved on the bed track of the machine.
