IHC Vremac Cylinders BV is part of Royal IHC . The company has been designing and producing hydraulic cylinders, rotary bushings and piston accumulators for 55 years. The products find their way to various industries, such as the dredging, off and onshore markets and machine building. The core activity is cylinder construction in all conceivable dimensions and coatings, both standard and customer-specific.

Guards for the cylinder test area

For the cylinder area, IHC Vremac was looking for a robust shield to guarantee the protection of the personnel around the cylinder test area. During the testing of the cylinders it may occur, for example, that a leakage occurs in which, in combination with the high pressures, an unsafe situation arises for the personnel around the test area.

Customized protection screens

Technigro has inventoried, measured and realized a suitable solution by means of customized protection screens . These screens consist of a square tube frame with steel cladding and protection glass. These are linked to each other, creating walls. Openings with sliding doors have also been created at several places, making the test area easily accessible for loading and unloading the products.
