For the benefit of WEILER lathes, Gilde Opleidingen looked for machine guards to guarantee the protection of the students. Technigro has supplied covers from the REPAR2 range and mounted them on the machines.

Machine guards for EMCO milling machines

With the existing shield on an EMCO milling machine, Technigro has mounted stop buffering so that the doors cannot fall through and are damaged as a result when the shield is opened. A new protection switch has also been installed so that the machine stops operating when the cover is opened. An elevated rear wall has also been placed at the rear so that no chips can shoot away to the rear.
